Judicial Watch top 10 Most Corrupt Politician in 2009

Judicial Watch  the public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption, has compiled its list of the most corrupt politicians  in 2009.  Making the list are the following:

Senator Christopher Dodd (D-CT): For the second years in a row  Senator Dodd, who made the list in 2008  is in it again. Probably explains why he will not be seeking re-election this year. With his dealings with Freddy Mac and Fannie Mae. His sweet heart deal with Countrywide Financial on his mortgage, and his Senate ethic  complaint for undervaluing property he owns in Ireland.

Rep. Barney Frank (D-MA): Judicial Watch investigation into $10-12 million TARP money that was given to the Boston-based One United Bank.

Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA): House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and her excessive  military travel, and not abiding to the rules that govern the rest of us ordinary folks.

Rep. Charles Rangel (D-NY): Rangel, is  in charge of writing our country tax code, yet he for gets to pay taxes on the$75,000 in rental income he earned from his Dominican Republican water front property. He also faces allegations for the four apt. units he has under rent-control  in Harlem, also for the  Rangel Center tax loophole.

Rep. John Murtha (D-PA) Murtha is under federal investigation for his corrupt relationship with the defense lobbyist PMA Group. The group was  founded by a former Murtha associate, and is his largest campaign contributor.

Rep. Jesse Jackson, Jr. (D-IL) and Senator Roland Burris (D-IL): In his dealings with Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich to sell President Obama’s then-vacant Senate seat to the highest bidder.  Senator Roland Burris, got the senate seat.

Senator John Ensign (R-NV): An affair, and then the attempted to cover up.

Secretary Treasury Timothy Geithner :Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner  who failed to pay $34,000.00 in taxes from 2001-2004 while employed at the International Monetary Fund and who also was the head of the New York Federal Reserve.

Attorney General Eric Holder: Holder and his terrible ethics record, which includes: obstructing an FBI investigation theft of nuclear secrets from Los Alamo , for not allowing independent counsel to investigate alleged fundraising abuses by former Vice President Al Gore, undermining  Kenneth Starr in the investigation  of President Bill Clinton of the Monica Lewinsky fiasco and the Elian Gonzalez ordeal in Miami.

President Barack Obama: The man who ran on hope and change. President Obama promised to run an ethical and transparent administration which he has not done. Would not raise taxes on anyone making under $90,0000 we now have a cigarette tax. Will televise all health care reform on C-SPAN, hasn’t happen. Would make all bills available on-line before  signing into law, still waiting.

I for one believe that Judicial Watch is way to generous to our beloved career politicians. Here are a few more that come to mind.

Lindsey Graham, Barbra Boxer, Diane Feinstein, Shumer , Shelby, George Bush, and Cheney to name a few.
