The Rasmussen Consumer Index, which measures the economic confidence of consumers on a daily basis, fell four points on Sunday wiping out a modest bounce from the previous three days. At 78.5, the Consumer Index is down six points since the disappointing jobs report was issued last week and confidence is now at its lowest level in two months.
So I say to myself, nothing new here that I didn’t already know, actually two months, wow, and go on to some other news only to be reminded that,
A multi-front agenda for President Obama: As he prepares to make his fourth visit to the region impacted by the oil spill and meet for the first time with top BP officials, questions remain as to whether the administration did enough to get the situation under control and why they weren’t doing more to prevent such a catastrophe in the first place. Plus, Tuesday’s big election night — how did it reflect on the White House and the President’s popularity? What do the results mean for Democrats’ chances in the fall midterms? And, as the economic recovery remains sluggish, what does it mean for Obama’s presidency going forward? Also, new U.N. sanctions against Iran — what impact will they really have on that nation’s nuclear program? We’ll get answers on it all from President Obama’s Senior Adviser, David Axelrod.
After reading this and finding it to be more of the same nonsense that we are fed daily by this administration and the propaganda media that shields the truth and fabricate up stories that will make the naïve, foolish, and gullible believe, I move on and read another news story in which I find some very interesting information about BP and the oil spill.

The BP oil disaster was custom-made for The Obama. It’s a disaster that not only destroys jobs and the lives of the affected humans but, is killing off all wildlife it touches. The effective oil-skimmer systems utilized by the Saudis and others would work to greatly minimize the damage being caused to the US Gulf Coast. But, The Obama continues to drag his heels as States and lives are destroyed.
Note: Obama, of course, remains aloof and untouched and continues to refuse all offers of help—only those that truly WILL help—as he smilingly watches and fiddles like Nero while the destruction and death continue. In fact, it is now apparent that destruction and death follow virtually all of Obama’s actions. Interesting, isn’t it?
So I comeback after some harmless flirting with friends on FB, to the reality that is America today, a country under siege, by those that want to destroy our way of life and transform us into a nation of robots. Then I’m reminded how many of us have friends even certain family members that have lost their minds and actually believe in all this ” Hope & Change” nonsense, and it makes me want to dedicate every second of the day to being one of the many lone voices in the wilderness screaming out, WAKE UP AMERICA! While there is still time!
So I move on, and go to a friendly social networking site were you have like-minded people who know the truth and see the LIE that is holding America hostage today. For a few seconds you feel good to know that you’re not crazy and that in fact many people do see thing the way that you do, unlike what the propaganda media tells you. Then reality set its ugly self on you once again, and all though you’re reaffirmed that your thinking is right on target, you than come back to the reality that America is in a heap of trouble, and you’re saddened by the events that hold our once great, proud and righteous nation hostage, this that we find ourselves in today, has been in the making for the last 20 plus years. So I move on again, to read the next news article only to find out some more disturbing facts that just seem surreal,
Panel commissioned by Barney Frank recommends nearly $1T in defense cuts
By Roxana Tiron – 06/11/10
A panel commissioned by Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.) is recommending nearly $1 trillion in cuts to the Pentagon’s budget during the next 10 years.
The Sustainable Defense Task Force, a commission of scholars from a broad ideological spectrum appointed by Frank, the House Financial Services Committee chairman, laid out actions the government could take that could save as much as $960 billion between 2011 and 2020.
Measures presented by the task force include making significant reductions to the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program, which has strong support from Defense Secretary Robert Gates; delaying the procurement of a new midair refueling tanker the Air Force has identified as one of its top acquisition priorities; and reducing the Navy’s fleet to 230 ships instead of the 313 eyed by the service…
Frank on Friday warned that if he can’t convince Congress to act in the “general direction” of the task force recommendation, “then every other issue will suffer.” Not cutting the Pentagon’s budget could lead to higher taxes and spending cuts detrimental to the environment, housing and highway construction.
If this isn’t enough, you then read how crazy Arnold once again shows us why he can’t be trusted and you’re glad that he will never have an opportunity to be President of the U.S.A.
Shaky Proposition for California By George F. Will Sunday, June 13, 2010
Proposition 14 is an attempt to change government policies by changing the political process. Henceforth, in primary elections that select candidates for most state and federal offices – including almost one-eighth of the U.S. House – all voters, regardless of party registration, or those who have “decline to state” status (no party identification – 20.2 percent of Californians), will receive the same ballot
Voters with sensitive political palates can savor faintly variant flavors of liberalism or conservatism. Voters who prefer their political menu seasoned with the spices provided by minor parties are pretty much out of luck. Under Proposition 14, such parties – Green, Libertarian, etc. – which previously could place candidates on November ballots, will almost always be excluded from those by failing to run first or second in primaries.
So I say to myself, well that’s California and R.I.N.O. Arnaldo for you, the problem is, you know it will find itself to your neck of the woods, it always does. So I move on to the next item which than brings Glenn Beck to mind.
The ghost of the Great Depression has become eerily (more) relevant in recent months. The Depression was the confluence of two catastrophes: an economic bubble burst domestically while Europe faced a debt crisis. The September 2008 market crash brought us the former but not the latter. We now have the latter.
As I’m reading I’m reminded that Glenn Beck has told America of this for the last 2 years or so, and how he is regularly attacked for making these observations by the Left. I continue to my next new story on the Washington Post Outsider candidates for Congress seek insider help in general election

House candidate Raul Labrador won his May 25 Republican primary in Idaho with a brain trust that included a high school student and a budget so meager the campaign’s ad operation consisted of a few radio spots and a flier mailed to 2,500 voters.
After reading this article I decide to call it a day, and go on to continue to enjoy this wonderful beautiful glorious day that the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY has created, knowing that all this will come to pass and not to let my heart be troubled, as I head back to join my family for the rest of the evening.
